My piece, 'Justice Unbalanced', reflects on the recent US Supreme Court decision related to the Boy Scouts abuse settlement. I used abstract expressionism to portray the courtroom, majorly in shades of grey. The imbalanced scale of justice represents the magnitude of the issue, while faceless figures depict anonymous victims. Leaking water shows the unresolved wounds. My work aims to foster dialogue around justice, pouring courage into victims everywhere.
