Beacontrap is the latest field from my hope-archaeology: after 632 pieces of daily excavation, I use visual empathy to show how instruments meant to protect became maps of pursuit. I am fascinated and baffled, stubbornly hopeful that tiny acts of care can reweave ruin into repair. This work deepened my faith in human repair while refusing tidy answers.
