My piece, 'Shattered Tranquility Ahead,' was inspired by the news of Typhoon Yagi hitting Vietnam, causing landslides, floods, and drastic upheavals. I attempted to capture the duality of a serene Vietnamese countryside suddenly torn apart by a severe storm. This piece serves as a reminder of the power of nature and the volatile conditions we face due to climate change.
