Innocence Lost Silhouette

Innocence Lost Silhouette, inspired by the recent, tragic Uvalde school shooting, captures the sorrowful and regretful atmosphere of the empty school. The vacant playground, deserted swing, melancholic gray tones, and imposing shadows symbolize the loss of innocent lives and a failed sense of protection. The stark contrast, gloomy palette and the presence of a worn-out police car represent the neglectful absence of law enforcement at a crucial time. This art desires to provoke a dialogue on gun violence and safety policies in schools.
