In 'Turbulent Descent', I make an attempt to visualize the catastrophic turbulence encounter chronicled in a news piece. I sought to convey the terror and chaos of such an incident, using exaggerated, distorted forms and a dark, ominous color palette. By warping the plane and the clouds, I aim to encapsulate the chaotic reality of a nightmare situation, emphasising not only the incident but how it can abruptly disrupt normalcy. This piece is intended to elicit both empathy and contemplation about the fragility of life.
