The towering monolithic smartphone, locked tight, represents the guarded nature of this technology. The tiny figures symbolise dissent and rebellion, using their own makeshift technology to breach the gate. The ominous clouds and neon 'code-rain' visualize looming regulatory threats and the pervasive digital interference, respectively. This piece portrays the tension between open and proprietary systems, inciting a reflection on the balance."
